    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At Teufurn, each furniture piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Given our focus on solid wood craftsmanship and custom furniture production, order processing typically requires 3-5 business days—significantly longer than standard furniture retailers. During peak seasons (November through January), processing may extend to 5-7 business days due to increased demand for our artisanal pieces. Order cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Beyond this period, your custom furniture enters our specialized production workflow and cannot be canceled, though our generous return window provides ample reconsideration time.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the quality of our solid wood furniture and decorative pieces. You may return undamaged, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery—substantially longer than typical furniture return policies. For exchanges of large furniture items, we allow 45 days to accommodate the logistical challenges of international solid wood furniture transportation. Initiate returns through www.teufurn.com and select your preferred resolution. Please note: Custom-made furniture, personalized decorative items, and clearance pieces marked "Final Sale" are excluded from returns due to their bespoke nature.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our premium furniture standards, returns must satisfy these conditions: (1) Show no assembly marks, scratches, or wood finish alterations (2) Include all original protective packaging, hardware, and assembly instructions (3) Display intact manufacturer labels and quality seals. Our quality team performs comprehensive five-point inspections upon return receipt. Furniture failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense within 14 business days with a detailed assessment report explaining the quality concerns.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended duration accounts for our meticulous wood quality verification and craftsmanship assessment. The refund amount excludes original shipping charges and any return transportation fees. For large furniture returns, additional 5-7 business days may be necessary for specialized carrier coordination. Electronic payments through credit cards or PayPal may require an extra 3-5 banking days before reflecting in your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect item or manufacturing defect). We strongly recommend insured, white-glove return shipping for furniture pieces—Teufurn cannot assume responsibility for return shipments lost in transit. For furniture exchanges exceeding $500 in value, we provide coordinated return labels through our premium carrier partners (with costs deducted from your refund if the service goes unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 10 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with detailed photographs/videos showcasing the concerns. For verified quality issues, we arrange specialized furniture pickup and expedite replacement (subject to workshop availability) or issue complete refunds including original delivery charges. This exception to our standard policy demonstrates our commitment to furniture excellence and customer satisfaction.


    Special Circumstances

    Custom-configured furniture, made-to-order wood pieces, and personalized decorative items are final sale. For holiday season purchases (November 1 - December 31), the return window extends to January 31. Commercial/bulk orders and contract furnishings follow separate policies—consult your dedicated account manager. Teufurn reserves the right to limit returns from customers demonstrating excessive return patterns (exceeding 35% of total orders) to maintain sustainable business operations.
